1. Digital Products

All products available on johnarellan.shop are digital products, including presets, LUTs, and other digital resources.

Due to the nature of these products, once a purchase has been completed and the product has been made available to the customer, returns and refunds are not accepted.

Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical products, as they can be downloaded, saved, and used immediately after purchase.

4. Product Results

Presets, LUTs, and other editing resources are designed to be part of a creative workflow and do not guarantee an identical visual result across all projects.

Results may vary depending on factors such as the camera used, recording format, color profile, exposure, lighting, white balance, original footage or photographs, software, and adjustments made by the user.

5. Accidental Purchases

Purchases made accidentally, selecting the wrong product, or failing to review a product's features, compatibility, or requirements before purchasing do not qualify for a return or refund.

6. Exceptions

Although digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds once delivered, any situation involving a defective file, incorrect product, or technical inability to access the purchased product will be reviewed individually.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
