All products available through the store are digital products and no physical products will be shipped.

Due to their digital nature, products are delivered electronically.

Before making a purchase, the customer is responsible for reviewing the product description, including:

  • File format.

  • Compatible software.

  • Installation requirements.

  • Any other specifications indicated on the product page.

The results obtained from using presets, LUTs, or other digital resources may vary depending on the original material, camera, color profile, lighting, exposure, software, and workflow used.

3. Purchases and Payments

Product prices are displayed on johnarellan.shop and may be changed without prior notice.

The applicable price will be the price displayed at the time the purchase is completed.

Payments and transactions are processed through Shopify and the payment providers available through the platform.

A purchase is considered completed once the payment has been authorized and confirmed.

4. Product Delivery

After successfully completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital files through the email address provided during checkout or through the applicable digital delivery system.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid and functional email address.

If you do not receive your product, please first check your spam, promotions, or junk folders.

5. License of Use

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights in the product.

By making a purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the purchased product in your own projects.

You may use presets, LUTs, and other digital resources for:

  • Personal projects.

  • Social media content.

  • Videos and photography.

  • Commercial projects.

  • Work created for clients.

6. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

  • Resell the original products.

  • Share the files with other people.

  • Redistribute the files.

  • Upload the files to websites, platforms, groups, or public storage services.

  • Include the original files as part of another digital product.

  • Claim the products as your own.

  • Modify the files for the purpose of creating a competing product for sale.

You may use the products as part of your final creative projects, but the original files must remain under your control and may not be redistributed.

7. Intellectual Property

All presets, LUTs, files, designs, images, videos, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other content available on johnarellan.shop are owned by Juan Manuel Hernandez Arellano or used with the appropriate authorization.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the files or materials purchased.

Any unauthorized use may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property rights.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

The products are digital files that can be downloaded and used immediately after purchase and, for this reason, cannot be returned like a physical product.

9. Compatibility

We do not guarantee that a product will be compatible with software, devices, or versions that are not specifically indicated in the product description.

10. Product Results

Presets and LUTs are designed to facilitate and enhance your creative workflow, but we do not guarantee a specific visual result.

The final result may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Camera used.

  • Image profile.

  • Recording format.

  • Exposure.

  • Lighting.

  • White balance.

  • Original footage or photo.

  • Software used.

  • Adjustments made by the user.

For better results, we recommend using photographs captured in RAW and video recorded using color profiles designed for color grading, such as Log, when the product is intended for this type of workflow.

11. Use of the Website
